It's a big week for AACo citizens this week, with three important events:
First: The future of AACo is literally being written right now, with 4 major land use and development bills this fall. The Growth Action Network is sponsoring a webinar with key officials from the administration to provide an overview of how these bills fit together and where they will take the county into the future.

Second: The Pittman administration is launching a new series of informative webinars for citizens, starting with "Engaging with County Government." Discover how you can advocate for your community, reach out to the county to solve problems, participate in the budget process, and access county resources.

Third: The Planning Advisory Board reviews major land use bills before they hit the County Council. Their first public hearing will be the proposal from Region 9 this Thursday, about the areas east of Rt 2 and south of Rt 214. (There will be hearings for Region 1 on Oct 2 and Region 3 on Oct 9.)
